how to make a dream(soft effect)

I'd like to show u how to use ur photoshop and create nice pictures
today i wanna show u the dream/soft effect.
for this effect u will need photoshop
the dream/soft effect is really easy to make....
here is the picture i will use to show u how to do it

1) u have to open the program ;D
2) open the picture u wanna use...
3) next u will need the "layer window". if u don have it open yet, go to "window"-----and then click layers. but u can ust click f7 too ^^''
4) now duplicate ur picture: "layer" --- "duplicate layer" then a new window will open and u just have to click "ok"
it ur layer window should look like this now:
5) now u click on the copy to select the layer.
6) next u set it to "soft light" :::


ur almost done now.
7) now u click on the other layer to select it. u know ur background and then u click on "filter" then "blur" and then "graussian blur" :

8) it will open a new window... now all u have to do is to set ur radius and click ok ^^ i took 2.5 pixels
so, now ur done ^^
